A Bit Of Surrealism

A little bit of surrealism for you today.

A nude woman lays in a garden, comfortably exhibiting her sexuality. Playfully, an enormous metal butterfly rests on her forearm. She dangles a huge metal pear with windows on it. Ideas, maybe? The pear also bestows wisdom and health. In some Christian contexts, the it symbolizes the Virgin and Child, likely because of its sweetness. In the novel Their Eyes Were Watching God by Zora Neale Hurston, the pear tree symbolizes inner peace. The pear is a symbol of affection in many cultures.

And the steel flower? Hmmm? A strong woman, perhaps.

A gorgeous millipede, with gold dust on its thousand feet and gold dots on his long body, playfully sits on her arm. And she holds bright flowers that go upwards towards the heavens. And she wears gold around her neck.
